DOPE is a social media site like no other. When completing my research to find out behavioral uses of social media, it became fairly obvious that most respondents shared the same concerns. The goal of this research-creation is to extrapolate these fears and juxtapose them front and center. What if social media continued to evolve in that direction? What if I pushed the narrative that surrounds the common fears? DOPE may appear like any social media, but spend some time with the seminar (and the prototype) and you’ll see that looks can be deceiving.
